| First Bass:
2000 no-name Eastern European carved roundback 3/4. D neck. 41 3/8" scale length. Violin corners. Adjustable bridge and adjustable endpin. Currently sports a full set of Pirastro Perpetual strings. Can provide a pickup, condenser mic, and French or German bow if needed.
Second Bass:
1964 American standard laminated 3/4.
D neck. 43" scale length.
Strung with a full set of Evah Pirazzi Slaps (all synthetic, no plain gut.).
. Adjustable bridge. Modern adjustable endpin. Realist Lifeline and Realist original pickups. French or German bow available.
Third Bass:
1940 Kay C-1 strung with all synthetic core Evah Pirazzi Slaps. (Could also be set-up with metal-core strings or full guts.) Has a fingerboard shim running the length of the neck, so the neck radius is a bit bigger than the standard Kay. Adjustable bridge. Modern endpin. Upgraded ebony fingerboard. Realist Lifeline pickup. French or German bow available.
Amps - I have a Phil Jones Briefcase combo, QSC K-Series powered monitors, and a number of amp/speaker combinations available for rental as well. |
